Ghorgolyan de Pomerland obtained his IPO Grade I at Sport Center CCAM99 on March 26, 2017. He was presented by his guide Alejandro Menchero. His scores were 98 in tracking, 90 in obedience and 94 in defense.
When Miguel Ángel Manzano told me that Spanish regulations were about to change, prohibiting ear cropping, and due to this change we should change a logo that has been the image of Pomerland Schnauzer Gigante for many years, I realized I was facing a true challenge.

Ch. Dakota de Pomerland is the only bitch in the history of this breed in Spain to be declared Champion of Breed in beauty while holding RCI Group III.
Ch. Merlín de Pomerland achieved RCI level I which makes him the only male of his breed born and trained in Spain to hold the titles of Champion of Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar, Young Champion of Luxemburg and of Gibraltar, Winner Lisbon 2009 and Best Giant Schnauzer of Spain 2008 and 2009.
Furthermore, we want to point out that this is the first time in Spain That two dogs from the same kennel, Pomerland, trained and presented by the same person, Juan Weber, have achieved RCI Groups III and I in the same work field on the same day.
It is a pleasure to thank Juan Weber and Rosa Marin, founders of HuberCan, for their excellent work since they are the ones who make our dreams come true. Pomerland only provides the raw material but HuberCan does all the work, dedication and effort.
We must also mention Paco Casillas, “figurante de campo”, who has become deeply involved with the breed. He has been responsible for training our dogs for protection purposes.

Ch. Dakota de Pomerland obtained her RCI grade II
Ch. Dakota de Pomerland obtained her RCI grade II at Bocalán Sport Center on December 27 and 28, 2008. She was presented by her guide Juan Weber. Her scores were 94 in tracking, 85 in obedience, and 77 in defense, matching the points of the highest scoring female dog in the history of Spain, Ch. Carol del Ninot de Foc. She is a beauty champion and now also has grade II in work discipline and she did it at the unusual age of almost 8 years.

On November 30, 2008, Gorgolyan de Pomerland satisfactorily obtained an RCI grade I with his guide and owner at the La Vereda Sport Center in Villena, Alicante, Spain. His scores were 99 points in tracking, 89 in obedience, and 75 in defense.
Ch. Dakota de Pomerland obtained an RCI grade I
Ch. Dakota de Pomerland obtained an RCI grade I at age 7, something unusual for her breed. In addition, with a score of 94, she was classified first in defense among all the competitors at the test. Her overall scores were 75-90-94.
